Welcome to Omaha's lobster roll on the go
Thank you Omaha for such a fantastic ride! You have all been amazing to us. We are closing the doors on the trucks Saturday October 28th at 8pm, but after that you can get our rolls from Sand Point at 655 N 114th St.
What We Do
Three Kids Lobster serves New England style lobster Rolls in Omaha, NE and the surrounding area. Our lobster rolls are served on a New England style bun, with the Maine roll having just enough mayo to bind high quality lobster meat. We then drizzle just a bit of warm brown butter over the top to accentuate that rich lobster flavor with just a bit of nuttiness. Our Connecticut roll uses the same bun and meat, but is soft poached in butter and served warm, garnished with chives. We use only claw and knuckle meat to ensure amazing flavor and excellent texture in our lobster rolls.
We have a small menu, being totally focused on providing the best lobster roll that we can. We make our incredible New Englad clam chowder in house and hope you love it as much as we do! We also offer Cape Cod chips, a few sides and shareable sides, and just a few drinks.
About Us
Summers were a golden time for the Taylor kids growing up. The extended family vacationed together enjoying the beaches of Cape Cod and Maine most every summer. We gathered from all over the Northeast and Midwest to share a few weeks in the sun and surf.
Some of Chef Jon's favorite childhood memories are of lobster boils that preceded New England seafood feasts around his grandparents dining room table in their summer cottage,
and eating lobster rolls seated at the picnic table out in their yard. Lobster became so integral to family celebrations that Bonnie (Mom to me . . .) orders live lobsters to boil and
serve for Christmas dinner to this day!
Jon and Bonnie Taylor want to share this New England classic, the Lobster Roll, with the Omaha area!
The complete experience only happens when you actually show up, so go ahead and follow us online for real-time truck location updates; we might be parked at a location near you soon.
Come say hi, your taste buds will be glad you did.
